District 2
District 2 is located in the southern center of Michigan and has the following counties: Calhoun, Eaton, Hillsdale, Ingham, and Jackson.
The grower representative is Andy Welden from Jonesville, Michigan in Hillsdale County. He has served on the checkoff board since 2003. Andy currently serves as Board President.
In addition to his 1,100 acre farm which includes a soy-corn rotation, Andy works for the Hillsdale County Commissioner and is a seed salesman.
