October 11, 2010 - Kathy Maurer, Financial and Creative Director for the Michigan Soybean Promotion Committee talks about another project the soybean checkoff is working on in conjunction with the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH). This soy dairy development and technology transfer project is working in Latin America to provide Soycow and Vitagoat machines so whole soybeans can be processed into protein-rich soymilk for consumption by those needing more protein in their diet. October 4, 2010 - Kathy Maurer, Financial and Creative Director for the Michigan Soybean Promotion Committee shares how the soybean checkoff is teaming up with Zeeland Farm Services, the World Initiative for Soy in Human Health (WISHH), and the Bangladesh Soybean Association to market a protein drink made from soy flour and water with the target users being rickshaw drivers who are in need of a higher protein option in their diet.
