Success of MSA

Public Act 132 became law on May 5, 2006 which permits regulation of seed by local units of government.

Public Act 57 became law March 9, 2006 this shifts authority and management of non point source funds under Part 53 of NREPA titled "Clean Water Assistance" from Department of Environmental Quality to Michigan Department of Agriculture.
